Generally, orders shipped are in transit for 1 – 3 week depending on the county.

United States – 2 weeks
Canada- 3 weeks
United Kingdom – 1 week
Spain- 1 week
France- 1 week
Australia- 2-3 weeks
Most other European Countries- 2 weeks
It will take 24 – 48 hours to process your order .
We make every effort to provide our customers with products that look the same as the images displayed on our website pages. However please keep in mind that natural crystals have their own unique colour and shapes and the colors between the photo and actual product may vary slightly from what is shown in one of our website images. We work hard to update our website descriptions and images as soon as we aware of noticeable variations in our products that customers may find unacceptable.
In most circumstances, if the logistic service provider deems your package to be delivered, we cannot send a replacement.
Please check the address to ensure it was sent to the correct location.
Next, check in with your local mail carrier/ post office with your tracking number. They should have a record of where your package was delivered.
If you live in an apartment building, check in with your neighbors/apartment manager, as it is our experience they are often accidentally put in the incorrect box.
We offer refunds to any unsatisfied customers up to 30 days after the date of the purchasing was made, no questions asked. If you would like your money to be back, simply navigate to Refund then submit a refund request and explain why you are requesting this. Please note that it may take some times to receive the funds back, due to processing delays. Please note that by purchasing a product, you agree to the terms of the Refund Policy.
Yes. Out of stock items are restocked as quickly as possible. If you request so on the item’s page, we will send you an email when it is available, in the colour and size you specify.If it is not possible to restock the item, we will remove it from the website.
First, we sincerely apologize for the delay.
International customs can delay the delivery of our packages.
We recommend waiting 60 days from the date of purchase.
After this point, we will deem the product lost or it will have been returned to us and we can either re-ship it or issue you a full refund.
We are so sorry! Crystals are fragile and although we do our best to package them, they sometimes break in transit.
Please send a photo of the broken crystal to [email protected]
within 48 hours of arrival based on the tracking number and we will be happy to replace it.
If you go to the Spirit Daughter website, there will be a photo of the kit labeling each crystal.

We are not responsible for any customs, duties or taxes that may be incurred. Import tax or duty are the buyer’s responsibility.
